Mission:

To give as much knowledge to the next generation of young people, so they can make the best choices they possibly can make. Also to not just develop an athletes body and skill set, but to develop their minds and spirits as well. I don’t want to change you, I just want to help you become the best you can become.

Goal:

My goal is to master myself and my mind.

Expectations:

That every trainer and trainee comes with an open mind and a sponge-like brain.

Favorite saying:

Some people talk about it, Some dream about it, and Other Just put on their hard hats, put their heads down, and go to work. -Antonio L. Gibson
